Has anyone who has been incomplete for awhile now called NYU to see what they are missing? The status checker is pretty unhelpful.

I called and the woman I spoke with said they need an official copy of my undergraduate transcript before they review my file... did everyone else submit this? Seemed strange to me.

Yeah, we were supposed to submit one. CLS and Harvard also required one, I believe. I need to call and figure out why I haven't gone complete yet.

Does anyone know when decisions are made for CLS or NYU? I was a little too optimistic and had my wife apply for a sweet job in NYC. Fortunately/Unfortunately, she got it and they want to fly her out to begin. Hmm...I'm not sure how long she can stall. lol. Oh well, it's better to have the option of her her having a job, and not do it, then for her to be jobless in NYC.

This. Though CLS did ask for a law transcript straight from the school.

It was a good idea to send one directly to CLS, but the instructions specifically mention that LSAC is ok (but then you have to send an explanation of your school's grading system).

Yeah, I think that I wanted to get around that, and I sent a transcript to the others just to be safe (in addition to my LSAC app.). There was a bunch of extra crap at those three schools, however.

I called NYU this morning. My application is complete, even though it still reads "Application not complete" on my status checker, so there could be a good bit of lag time in their updates.

+1. My status still reads as incomplete, but I called just now and they said my app appears to be complete.

Thanks!! Good luck to yourself as well. Your stats are great; I'm sure you'll hear good news.

Are there people who haven't gone UR yet who have been complete for awhile?

Numbers?

All - For now on, please post your numbers whenever you update us with your status. It makes it so much easier for everyone else.

Still UR - 50's Top 3%
Top 1% at a t20-30 (fluctuates every year).

SC shows "decision letter sent." Transferapps databases indicate that in years past, they send acceptances and denials both via mail -- UPS/Fedex for the former, snail for the latter.

Haha I just checked, heart racing and all. No update for me. Do they only send decisions through postal mail?

Thanks!

My numbers are top 5-10% at a UT/UCLA/Vandy/USC school, in case anyone is curious.

If anyone else updates please post your stats
