You're right, I hadn't seen that.Springsteen wrote:I'm not positive but I think they mean the documents listed on the 'Forms & Documents' tab of the ASW. So the registration form, the name change form, and the employment stipulation form.nygiants wrote:They released anything yet.Bailarina08 wrote:Hey guys, I was accepted by phone yesterday. They said they're mailing my info, but I logged into the ASW and saw the July due date for enrollment materials. Does anyone know what the enrollment materials consist of?

Aren't there exams going on? They will NOT just let you walk into the building and I dont think visiting a law school at the height of exams will be a fun place....altho I could be wrong and they could be later on in May. Good luck. Would this be your first time in the school?Hey-O wrote:I just made my travel plans. I'm going to visit the campus in early May. Just to get a feel of the place although I am pretty certain I am going there. I'm so excited.
I have a friend who is a 3L and she is going to show me around. So I'm not worried about being the wrong time at the wrong place.chicoalto0649 wrote:Aren't there exams going on? I hear ya... cool....I mean the lawl school aint pretty, but it'll grow on you and it is 100% perfectly adequate. I was trying to spare you the shock I felt when I went into Fordham law on a whim and some mean security guard shooed me out of the building.Hey-O wrote:I have a friend who is a 3L and she is going to show me around. Yes, this is my first time to the school. I am 99% certain I am going, but I don't want to go there blind.
all the self-guided tour is is a walk through the building with a guide/pamphlet they hand out in the admissions office. i assume that whenever the office is open, you can take a self-guided tour. it took me about 15 minutes to do.alexanderkaim wrote:Does anyone know if they have self-guided tours during the summer?

I'm not planning on leaving until august 15th. I'm going to sign a lease well before then, though, over a weekend trip or two or three. Also moving from DC.Springsteen wrote:When are those of you who have had a long-term job planning on leaving? Particularly those moving from a different city? I'm thinking July 15, hoping it'll give me enough time to find an apt, sign a lease, and move in from DC at least a week or two before orientation.

+1 another DCer here. I don't suppose any of you share my contempt for this pseudo-urban VA/DC/MD region and passionate longing for a real city...tesoro wrote:I'm not planning on leaving until august 15th. We're in silver spring . While it's a short ride to GULC, it's definitely not DC.sibley wrote:can I have your apartment? foggy bottom?starsong wrote:+1 another DCer here.
