Technically that's the equivalent of an immunization right? I think that's usually on there.

I don't think it is a hard due date like the first, you can't register until they get them and they want them early July..

MSPeast: If you records got you into UG they may be good enough to get you into LS. I am not sure why they are even needed, with having to have a bachelors and all.

EDIT: I forgot the point of my post...
Does anyone know if they offer a meal plan?

As long as I have a doctor sign the immunization form that has all of my dates filled out I don't have to send in any additional paperwork, correct?

My friend lives in DC and has Verizon--she gets service on the metro, even underground.

She said, however, that AT&T recently got metro service too.

I have T-Mobile. When I was in DC, I got service down on the metro platforms, but not while the metro was moving.

I have AT&T and had no problem getting service in D.C. during ASW. However, I didn't try to use my phone underground, so I'm unsure if it would work on the metro.

Yes, I mean T-Mobile.

Metro is working to get service going in the tunnels.

I think I can clear up the question about cell service underground a smidge from my time up in DC last fall. Verizon has cell service in all the tunnels and stations, and Sprint has roaming service on the Verizon network. As of October of last year AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and Verizon (of course) all had service in the busiest 20 underground (since the above ground already get service) stations (which are the ones we would use most often), but not the tunnels in between (except, occasionally, between the Metro Center and Chinatown stations on the Redline due to the extreme proximity of the two stations - you can look out onto the rail at either of those stations and see its neighbor). By the end of this year, I believe, the remaining underground stations will have the same coverage for all four major carriers. By 2012, the goal is for the Metro to have full service, even in tunnels, for all four carriers.

I still have AT&T, despite their best efforts to screw me, due to my love for my Blackberry Bold. I will probably have them until, at least, November 2012 - which is funny since switching then would have no bearing on service in the metro.

Anywho, has everyone but me done the second round of financial aid stuff? I should get on that.

Anyone doing off-campus housing, and having luck finding a nice studio?

I really want something in walking distance, or else a short Metro ride preferably on the red line...I visited one that was really nice between GULC and Chinatown, but it is $1,600 and includes no utilities.

Avalon at Gallery Place if you want something in Chinatown. I opted for Dupont. Much more affordable studios if ur willing to forgo amenities like dishwasher or washer/dryer in unit. You can get something in Dupont (or even Kalorama if ur willing to walk) for 1100-1300. Also, look near Thomas Circle/Downtown. Belvedere is a good building.

For me nothing has happened, except I received a letter saying my credit has been approved.

Did you do both the MPN's? and the GradPlus loan application?

Yes, I even think I signed an additional MPN unnecessarily. Oops! And I got the credit letter, too. Any guesses as to when we get contacted again and the loans disburse? Before Tuition is due, I assume?

You were able to accept all the awards online? Did you apply for/accept GradPLUS?

I finished all the steps but can't accept anything on myaccess. The maximum amounts are listed, but I can't accept (or partially accept).

It let me accept them, but now it doesn't say I accepted them anymore.

EDIT: I was looking at 09...

From this year:
When will I receive the financial aid I have been offered?
Financial aid is disbursed at the beginning of each semester in which funds are awarded. Please remember to direct all questions about your bill to the Student Accounts Office as the Financial Aid Office cannot assist you with billing questions. Learn more about the differences between the Financial Aid Office and Student Accounts, above

I'm calling tomorrow for a few things, so I will ask.
