Our acceptance rate was 13.2%. That's lower that all but HYS and Berkeley last year.

Given that plus the fact that our LSAT median is now 170... is a giant USNWR jump in the cards? I could care less, it'd just be entertaining to watch UVa fanboys panic.




All of this begs the question... How the hell did losblancos get into Duke? Furthermore, how the hell did he actually manage to get money?

You're not alone in that opinion, though I personally like torts. I actually thought CivPro was starting to get boring until today's class, which I found riveting.

You're not alone in that opinion, though I personally like torts. I actually thought CivPro was starting to get boring until today's class, which I found riveting.

I've enjoyed Civ Pro quite a bit, actually. I think that Lynk's long, long time in practice helps bring the material to life a bit more, but he doesn't lose sight of the doctrine for issue spotter/hypothetical purposes. I sit in the back in Torts, the professor speaks softly, and it's the morning class so I think that's what makes me think it's more boring.

There will be beer, food, and you get to see me in a suit again as I won't really have time to go home and change. On that note, I promise I don't wear a suit all the time. Just right now because of OCI.

Our prof never said anything like that, but I guess it would be a violation of the honor code to "share work"....

If you don't have class until 11 you should just roll out of bed and go turn it in at like 7:30 and then go back to sleep.
