Same here. Exhausted from driving 2000+ miles, lots of furniture moving, flying to a family funeral last week, and several weeks of endless chores.
Also, Nebraska really needs to be smaller. And apparently like half of Utah is just a giant salt field. At least the Nevada desert had a whistlestop gas station now and then. Utah between Wendover and SLC is basically the surface of the moon.

Tell me. I drove off the road at Green River, Utah, spent several days at a Grand Junction, Colorado, hospital and do not relish doing that trip again. It is a moonscape between LA and Colorado.

I just drove 2,500 miles from San Francisco, so I can feel your pain. Now that we are all here, who wants to grab a drink?
I'm out of the loop, have people started meeting up or does it seem like everyone is still arriving?

So if I didn't send my official undergraduate transcripts to the law school until about 2 weeks after the Aug 1 deadline.... big deal or not big deal?

Holly, do you know when we're supposed to buy books? I assume we'll need them before the first day of class, but it'd be nice to wait until after financial aid is disbursed.

I think we get our money disbursed on the 24th (or so says the StudentLoans.gov website). So that will give you some time to use that money to purchase books.

How's it going 1Ls?? I've already had a few approach me and say they're lost. You're not lost, they make you think you're not smart, but we're all brilliant and can figure out what's goin on here. No worries, everyone catches on at a different rate.
