Anyone care to post how much they pay in utilities for an ivy garden sized apartment (optimally a 1BR w/ Den) per month? I'm trying to figure how much of the loan disbursement i need to allocate to actually living in the apartment between rent and utilities.

I was bored at work and got a chance to browse the vault website that UVA pays for membership to. Lots of information on there. One question: I see that the a lot of the guides (Download Guides tab) are pretty outdated (specifically the guide to Southeastern law firms). Do they ever come out with updated guides that aren't from 2006 / 2007? Or am I just completely missing the updated ones?

I'm here already and living on grounds. I didn't hear about much that was scheduled specifically at UVA, but we did go to McIntyre Park (2-3 miles from grounds) and saw what I consider a really solid fireworks show. It went on for 20+ minutes with a blast per second or more. Don't know if it was Texas-sized, but it was at least as good as what I've seen in Las Vegas, Portland Waterfront, LA, etc.

That sounds like a sight to see! Folks were lining up here off of the Highway to watch the show.

By the way, VW, you lose a bet on Argentina-Alemania or something? What's up with the 'tar?

Anyone already purchased their laptop bundle yet? I'm going to make the plunge in the next for days and get the Mac bundle.
