Yeah, they had bar review there the Thursday night of March ASW. It's kind of a sleazy club with tons of townies. It's right next to White Spot, the burger joint/diner.

For instance, if there were 10 people in a class and the GPA distribution was: 2.5, 2.7, 3.0, 3.5, 3.5, 3.5, 3.7, 3.8, 3.9, & 4.0, the median would be 3.5, even though only 30% of the people would be scoring below median. In this case 70% of the class would be scoring at or above the median (and 60% would be scoring at or below it). You'd have to have several people in the middle with identical GPAs for this to occur, but under a curved system its not unreasonable that this would be true.
correct of course, the only reason i picked at him was because he said "above" whereas your well-honed math and logic skills correctly noted what is bolded
oops. I should have reread my post before posting. Sorry. But that's what i meant. Dgouzoul I would love to be a section with you. Your logical skills look like they are very smart.

Doing it wrong. You want to be in the non-TLS section. You're graded relative to your section mates.

Alright, there was some interest expressed in this I think so here it goes:

UVA law TLS fantasy football league is up, just go to Yahoo fantasy football,

League ID:17755
Password:1234

I would say the best thing to do would probably be to use your TLS username as your team name (in case I want to talk trash here for all to see).

Hopefully people will join, I don't remember exactly how many said they were interested. If we can't get enough I may just make it a general TLS league, but we'll see how it goes.

Now I just need to figure out how to photoshop me and Jefferson playing football on the lawn. Shouldn't be too hard but, as we all know, hilarious avatars are the key to fantasy football dominance.

Dam it's only June
Only June? Jefferson's Juggernauts are already running 2 a days, 3 a days starting next week (mock drafts that is). Throw in film room time and it's practically a lifestyle.

I'm thinking about it, but it is a 2800 mile journey and I wouldn't leave until the last week of July, which would make it up to a 10-day journey. Although it might be fun, I'm a little concerned that it might leave me a little exhausted seeing that I'd have to get set up in C'Ville in 2 weeks time before classes start.
Sounds like fun. Had I gone to UCLA I was planning to do the same thing, East to West. Two weeks seem like enough time to get settled and recuperate.
You should be able to kill it in 3 days with plenty of rest thrown in. Have fun!

Anyone out there still looking for housing in the fall? I may or may not be taking Dugas' deferral scholarship offer and obviously will need to get out of my contract with the Graduate Centre if I do. Here's a link to the place. PM me if you can help me out!

Yeah

Should be a long day for the mods. A good friend of mine is actually taking the test today and we have a psychic connection so starting in 11 minutes I am going to narrate his account of the test onto this thread question by question. Be warned.

I'd have to ban you for that, I'm afraid. 8)
I'm using my psychic skills to stare in the future but I somehow don't see a ban coming. I think my friend may have rocked his aluminum foil hat today. It is his lucky hat though so it's understandable.
