It is only allowing me to have the one @virginia.edu and not letting me choose what it is (it's my computing ID the predetermined letter and number combo). I made my own @email.virginia.edu though.
It says I have can have a maximum of 7 alias in the @virginia.edu domain but above that it says you may only claim mycomputingID@virginia.edu
in this domain. No option to check the availability of an alias.
You should be able to make the change to the @virginia.edu address. It is possible, that what you tried to pick has already been assigned to someone, did you try some variations?
No, the problem is there is no place for me to put in an alternate alias. When I change the domain to @email.virginia.edu there is a spot where I can put in an alias and click check availability. But with @virginia.edu in the place where I could put in an alias for the @email domain it says "You may only claim mycomputingID@virginia.edu
on this domain"
Hmm, odd. Mine says the same thing, but only after I have an alias. If I want to add one, I have to delete my current one.
Also, YCrev, it says I have a maximum of 7 aliases allowed, but will only let me add one.
