I'm weighing getting rid of my 42" 600Hz-refresh-rate plasma TV, if I could find a buyer in the next few days. I'm just worried it won't survive the trip, or be happy confined to my tiny new apartment.

I've also got a small Ikea computer desk and desk chair to get rid of, and a few hornbooks/study guides.

I dunno. It's only a year old, and new ones (Panasonic plasma TVs of the same size/features) are going for around $650-750 new... maybe $500? It's an enormous, gorgeous TV.

OLs who are in Cville: Good bars? I went to Three both nights of ASW and I was underwhelmed as college town bars are usually pretty cool. I actually went to a club type place as well one night that had two or three floors and it was cool but I seem to remember them charging NY/DC/LA drink prices. Anyway, where have people been going? I arrive later this week.

Someone who lived in Ivy last summer told me there was a co-ed skinny dip of at least a dozen people. So the pool there can be pretty cool, if that is your type of thing (it should be).
