My roommate and I are two rising second year students at Washington
University law school. We are seeking a third roommate to join us at
our home. The roommate would have two rooms and a bathroom to
themselves, as well as shared use.responsibility of the common areas.

It is a beautiful new 4 bed room, 3.5 bathroom, house in great
location in Skinker-De Baliviere Neighborhood, 3-blocks to Forest Park
Parkway, 2-blocks to the Forest Park metrolink stop.  Close to
Washington University, Central West End, Barnes Jewish-Hospital, and
The Loop.

House Features: New everything, large closets, central air, spacious
kitchen, double ovens, fenced yard, garage, security system, finished
basement with wet bar and wine cooler/refrigerator, central vacuum
system, gas fireplace, washer/dryer.

Roommate preference (s): someone quiet, tidy and willing to
accommodate a dog in the home, no gender preference

Cost is $675/month + utilities. Address is 5793 McPherson Avenue.

Immediately available starting August 1st. Lease will be from August
1st, 2010 till July 24, 2011.
