Last year, GND didn't send offers until late September. Things could always change though.
As a former student of a soon to be former Big 12 school, I believe this severely hurt my chances. Literally first question was about the potential move and what I thought about it.kalvano wrote:They seem like a huge Baylor firm anyway.
Same thing happened to me during my Bickel & Brewer interview. We made fun of the "stupid Aggies" (the interviewer was also a Baylor guy, haha).fathergoose wrote:As a former student of a soon to be former Big 12 school, I believe this severely hurt my chances. On a side note, Ginsburg may be the tiniest lady I've ever seen.
Things will be so much better once the 1Ls stop coming to class.kalvano wrote:I think SMU needs to offer a class on right-of-way laws when exiting a garage.
Here's a hint - the people on the street have it, Ms. Gold Toyota Camry.

So I shouldn't put up my offers from Wachtell, Cravath, and Susman on facebook?Thirteen wrote:Per Facebook, one of our classmates got an offer.

I still regret accepting the friend request from David Boies.fathergoose wrote:So I shouldn't put up my offers from Wachtell, Cravath, and Susman on facebook?Thirteen wrote:Per Facebook, one of our classmates got an offer.

Nothing wrong with that. Why does this shit need to be so secretive? When I bring up the subject of interviews, people act like I just asked them if they fucked their mother. If someone gets an offer, and it makes his or her classmate jealous, tough shit. Sure, if an announcement is made in an arrogant manner, it's not cool. But there is nothing wrong with telling people you got a job. I still cannot see how it benefits a person to keep their callbacks and stuff secret. Am I missing something?Thirteen wrote:Per Facebook, one of our classmates got an offer.

Maturity and happiness for other people's success is not exactly a law students strong suit. That being said, if I got an offer you wouldn't find out from facebook, you would know because I was running around the quad screaming it naked. Why naked? Why not.chrisokc wrote:Am I missing something?

Can anybody shed light on which firm made the offer referenced in facebook posting? PM?
Hartline Dacus has done callbacks. Anyone hear from Kelly Hart?NE1410S wrote:Anyone heard from Bickel & Brewer, Bowman & Brooke, or Hartline Dacus?
