Nice. I'll be living in Forest Park Southeast AKA the grove. Holla at me, if you're in the same neighborhood.
I'm at the corner of Euclid and Lindell. I'm not really sure where the grove is but I'm like 6 blocks north of the CWE Metro.
I'm at that same corner in the Carleton.

If you live in The Grove I will never be in your hood
Come fall, you guys are going to have to holla atcha boi!

You can see the class times for the different sections. Looks like groups B and D get Friday off.
Not a bad schedule, though not excited for contracts property and torts all in one semester :( Next semester looks amazing though!
Lulz. I had Torts, Contracts, Property, LRW, and Civ Pro one semester and then Torts, Property, Crim Law, Contracts, Civ Pro, and LRW the other.

That is how many schools do it. You have more classes that meet less frequently. WashU decided to have each class only last a single semester but also meet twice as frequently. In the end every school covers the same classes and they all meet for the same total number of hours --- it is really just a matter of how they are scheduled.

Fixed for rhyming correctness.
So after nights out in the Central West End, everyone is going to head over to the Carleton for the after party? Sounds about right.

Alright, I just got in off the waitlist a couple days ago. So now I gotta find a place to live. Where's the nicer/newer apartments at? I'd prefer not to live in tha hood, too.

Skim through the last 20-30 pages in this thread you'll find some great discussions re: housing.

A few quick tidbits off the top of my head: Don't go too far north of Delmar if you're trying to stay out of "tha hood"
Area immediately south of campus (De Mun): Quiet, nice, a little on the pricey side
Area immediately north of campus (Delmar): Happening, lots of wash u students, can be relatively quiet depending on where you live
CWE: Very happening, lots of cool places to live

Two companies you absolutely have to call when searching for Wash U Grad Housing: Quadrangle
Housing and Frontdoor

Looks like a good number of us ended up right around the same area. I'm at the corner of Laclede and Euclid. So just a short walk south of Lindell and The Carleton. I already know I'll probably be eating somewhere off Euclid or Maryland everyday as my cooking skills are definitely lacking. See you guys soon. I resign from my job July 30th!! And move in August 7th!!! Can't wait.

Not quite U-City, but near there. Right off the intersection of Delmar and Skinker.

Don't know if it counts as U-city but I'll be about a mile north of campus on Skinker.

Are most people getting parking passes? I like the convenience, but I figure I could also save $400 by just taking the shuttle. IDK. Thoughts?
