Who? I am a fellow first year student for USD law school, and I’m pretty stoked about that. I am contacting you because the lady that I have found a place to live with is looking for another boarder.
Points of interest:
--I am paying $575 a month, which includes utilities.
--The home owner is a really nice Indian lady who is probably going to be gone most of the weekdays for her job.
--Both she and I are vegetarians.
--The home is in a residential area in Clairemont, 15-20 minutes from the college.
--She has a backyard, a nice airy kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a really wholesome atmosphere.
--She has no pets.
--There is parking on the street and there is a large driveway.
--The neighborhood seems really quiet, and there is installed security system.
I feel really, really comfortable with this prospective living situation. It’s exactly what I was looking for, and if you think you might be interested too, let me know. I’ll get her email to you.
