We won't know our section assignments until after Campus Cruiser registrations are complete and tuition payments are made on July 1.

I think it says in the 1L handbook that section assignments will be out July 7 or 8

Flew out a few weeks ago and found an apartment in Packards Corner. Move in date is August 1st, which, from what the real estate agents said, is difficult to secure. Most apartments are September 1st. So if you don't want to do the temporary housing and deal with moving once you start I would get on it soon.

I'd recommend that you visit the OCHO message boards that SULS provides. Through there I found a really good place, for cheap, with other 1Ls.

Ok great thanks! I've never gotten an apartment through a realtor though, any clue on how much they usually charge in fees?

It depends on the Realtor. Usually the fee is equal to one months rent, although, some apartments don't charge a fee because the landlord pays it. Basically, it all depends.

Went to see if my fin. aid was updated and long story short, I went to My Profile -> My Class Schedule -> 10/FL and it had my section and classes.

Bingo Bongo. I did something like this and found my section assignment and my schedule. Is it normal to only have 9 credit hours? Assuming what's on my Cruiser is valid, I'm in section D.

How I found it:

Login >> Register/Cirriculum >> click My Class Schedule (mine's different from the My Profile >> My class schedule) >> 10/FL - Fall Law 2010 >> Section number is after after "Law-10x-"

I have the orientation class listed also, but I find it odd that you do not have a criminal law class listed.

I figure this is the reason why they're waiting until Saturday to officially notify us.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
