Boston Firms - Callback to Offer Time Frame
Interviewed at a Boston firm last Wednesday and have yet to hear from them. Anyone get an offer >1 week after the callback?

Can't speak to this year, but I know several firms waited more than a week for an offer last year.

Do Ropes & Gray and/or Bingham fall into the category of firms that waited more than a week?

Can't say for sure, but I got a quick rejection letter from Ropes...but that was for the OCI.

The only firm I've heard is giving offers at this point in Boston is WilmerHale. This is anecdotal, however.

I have friends with offers from WilmerHale, Goodwin, and Ropes. Another friend of mine was dinged from Bingham.

It appears that Bingham either dinged people right after the callbacks or called them to tell them things were going to take a while.
