Same as most places. NY has had a quick turnaround. DC not so much.

Most people think they are good interviewers, just like most people think they are good drivers. I probably fall into that category, so I'd say "yeah I'm a good interviewer" but am fully aware that might not mean much. 8/2 on grades.
