how much time between callback and offer????

also: I heard they don't make offers until callbacks are finished (not sure when that is....)

which is interesting because I had an interview two weeks ago. And I thought I was early! The lady specifically warned me that its a long process and we wouldn't know until mid september. So here's to hope.

I say so because I asked the recruiting coordinator for a range of dates and I remember a few dates in the teens. Confirmation on this will be nice.

To the person whose friend has an offer, is this person a very strong candidate in general? Maybe they made a bunch of offers end of august/early september and now are waiting for the acceptance yield.

seems like 2 weeks is the magic number for ding/offer. was it EXACTLY two weeks from your callback?

know one person with an offer from them, it took about two weeks. Know someone else who has waited for more than 3 weeks with nothing. Don't understand why they mislead their candidates as to when they will hear, neither necessary nor appropriate.

what we know from this thread:
1. callbacks are still going on this week
2. offers have been made to some people
3. rejections have been made to some people
4. some people are still waiting for weeks now with nothing (up to 3 weeks)
