Long story short - I was working with a recruiter in November for a move to a firm. The firm said they were interested, but then they kind of ghosted. The recruiter has continued to reach out on occasion. I recently stopped working with this recruiter because of some other reason.
If I were to hypothetically apply by myself, would the measurement period for being “locked in” with a recruiter start in November or the last date of contact?
