Koru Strengths Assessment
Does anyone know what firms are looking for in this assessment? I thought about answering it as if I were an employer, as opposed to answering it as if I were analyzing myself. The results would have been different. Which results do you think would be more likely to help me land an interview? As an employer I'd want someone more team oriented than I actually am, for example.

If this is for Skadden, it's irrelevant.
Edit: Actually, it's probably irrelevant for any organization. Factors like IP, URM, or even the fact that your interviewer's coffee is cold matters way more.
