Diversity in Big Law Recruiting Stats
Long story, but I'm writing a paper which requires I find out whether big law firms are increasing their recruiting in diversity. I know big law firms are not diverse currently, but I need to find stats on whether they are increasing their diversity recruiting efforts. Does anyone know where I could find something like this?

Request date from NALP. I am not sure if you can find historical data already posted, but you can probably request it for academic research.
