I highly doubt anyone will raise the market. Firms that regularly pay above Cravath will just have bigger multipliers above Cravath (which they will probably like because 1.5x Cravath sounds and looks appealing).

The Cravath bonus is seen as the floor for some of these firms already.

If you got #boned on you summer bonus based on 2017 hours, anyone have an opinion of what your 2018 hours need to have been before you can credibly ask for a #TrueUp?

What does "extraordinary performance" mean? Like >2400 hours or something?
