Normal for HR to be unresponsive after accepting offer?
Is such a situation normal? I emailed HR about a somewhat important question I have and its been a few days but the person never got back to me. Dont want to spam their email by following up on it again.

After having SA then OCI/callbacks then bringing in the new first years, a lot of recruiting/HR staff take their vacations and long weekends this time of year.

This is their busiest time of year. Give them some slack and ping them again in a week or two.
