What Goodwin does with one candidate does not reflect what will happen with every candidate or every firm.

They meet every Friday and offers go out on Friday and Saturday. It's not them moving fast for some candidates - that's just their process

I didn't do mine yesterday but the Monday before and got the offer that Friday. They don't meet until Friday morning.

Are you talking about screener or CB? I got a call from my interviewer the next day after my screener offering a CB. I did a group CB at the office last week and nobody heard on the spot.

OP this is bullshit - LW does not offer people on the spot at the end of your screener or your CB. I got my CB the day after my screener, and their turnaround time after CBs is about a week.

I thought about that too but I don't think they say like "only five slots are available for Monday." If they like you I think they'll give you an offer either way

It depends. This is partially a numbers game. They have a targeted size for the summer class they want so they know they have to make X offers to yield Y acceptances. If they like Z people (where Z is more than X and Y) they can't make offers to everyone. It's likely they rank candidates. So if they like 5 people from Monday more than they like you, even if they like you an awful lot, you may not get an offer depending on where you fall in their overall pool of candidates.
