I'm sure from all accounts the hours are grueling, but doesn't this also make K&E the best training ground for doing PEMA (which is what I'm currently doing, but considering a lateral move)?
Any other thoughts on K&E, specifically LA office? What's culture like? I have a pretty long commute, do people care a ton about facetime or are people occasionally working from home on Fridays/weekends?
What about the whole free market system? Is it really that bad?
Would you go to Kirkland for PE if you had the chance? Forum

Bump. Also, how grade selective is Kirkland for junior laterals?

It depends. I think median from a t14 is good enough.Anonymous User wrote:Bump. Also, how grade selective is Kirkland for junior laterals?
But if you’re at a lower tier 1 school, probably need high honors (magna cum laude or above).

This is true for summer associates, but I know laterals into PE at Kirkland that were T1 and just above median.Anonymous User wrote:It depends. I think median from a t14 is good enough.Anonymous User wrote:Bump. Also, how grade selective is Kirkland for junior laterals?
