This is likely assuming you have appropriate grades and are focused on corporate work. Reach out to recruiting, or better yet someone you know who already works there.


Thank you, had a call-back with them at OCI, but did not get an offer. Not sure, if I interviewed terribly or wasn't qualified, I'll try again.

I know some offices were hiring 3Ls. I was hired as a 3L in real estate. Had a 2L SA at a firm, but was looking to switch practice areas that my summer firm didn't have.

Very interesting. How much money does a firm have to shell out to get someone who is already reportedly one of the top 10 earners at Latham?
