Int arbitration job interview

Hello everyone
I have a job interview with a leading international firm in their international arbitration group. However I have no experience in this field (surprised I got the intervew).
Any tips advice greatly appreciated!!!

My new position is within Int'l Arbitration. If you don't have the experience in the field they're likely looking for key personality traits.

Speak slow, clear, and remain poised (top tips for arb. advocates)! Keep the convo light so they know that you're someone they can travel/ work with.

Also, bring up any relevant int'l background / languages.
