Tell me about Sacramento Boutiques and BigLaw
What big law firms and boutiques are in Sacramento? I'm interested in white collar work. I know Orrick has a pretty decent white collar presence there. Anyone else?

Sacramento is not going to be a hub for white collar work. Orrick will probably be your best bet. Greenberg Traurig has an office. The national L&E firms have offices. Midlaw firms are Downey Brand, Weintraub, and a couple others whose names escapes me.
