Had an interview with small firm and thought it went well. Sent a thank you email - no response. 10 days have gone by and havent heard a word either way...
Should I keep following up or assume they are busy for thr holiday?

I think following up two or three weeks after the interview is fine. I got a callback that I don’t think I would have otherwise gotten by reiterating my interest and it turned into an offer.
