Obviously we're looking at an across the board 4% increase to keep pace with inflation over 2015 and 2016, as well as a 4% across the board salary bump for the same reasons.
I think we'll hear first through fifth on the 27th. If we don't I'm quitting.KM2016 wrote:Do we think we hear the first BONEUS announcement Monday the 27th?
Hah, BONED already.Anonymous User wrote:check what your employee handbook says now about future accruing/paying out vaca time. do labor and emp here and it is common to payout current vaca/change the policy to not allow cash payouts in the future.Anonymous User wrote:Word on the strasse at Milbank LA is that they changed or vacation plan (from accruing to unlimited with a payout of all accrued and unused on 11/30) at least in part because they had a ton of excess cash sitting around that they wanted to pay out. This bodes well for bonuses, at least for the upper echelons of AmLaw firms.
This has to be a joke but i know this stuff happens.Anonymous User wrote:The partners at my firm just sent around a email with the subject line "Associate Bonuses this year hahaha" with this gif. I don't think they meant to cc everyone.

Remember when rampant speculation here led to the alleged internal salary presentation from a certain comma-endowed firm regarding Biglaw to 190k?2014 wrote:We're within a week of announcements, let's get some more unsubstantiated hype going

I hope to wake up to news on ATL about Cravath announcing (or an email from my firm announcing their match).iamnotspartacus wrote:Desperately upset about the lack of speculation....how am I going to make it through the night?
Really hope we get an arbitrary V100 firm that jumps the gun and announces last year's bonus scale. Then Cravath will be forced to either go over the top or just admit to their associates that they'll be paying bonuses on the Ballard Spahr scale this year.SmokeytheBear wrote:I hope to wake up to news on ATL about Cravath announcing (or an email from my firm announcing their match).iamnotspartacus wrote:Desperately upset about the lack of speculation....how am I going to make it through the night?
