Accepting Offer

Is there any downside to accepting an offer a couple days after you receive it? Does it look desperate? The firm is my top choice.

if they want you and you want them, why do you care about looking desperate?

You can accept on the spot and it won't make a difference. If anything people might like that you're psyched on a firm.
