Congratulations! Did you hear back from the OCC or did you just decide to accept IRS instead?

I interviewed at the end of my internship there last semester (in August). The IRS was the only place I applied to (seriously, just rolled the dice).

Heard rumors of initial offers being made already. Source is another student who also applied, wouldn’t tell me how he knew so this is questionable but given the length of time that’s gone by also plausible.

Interesting. Certainly plausiable, however, this is the first I've heard that. Do keep us posted because this wait is a tough one.

I did not send anything since my interview. The email said I was under active consideration and asked to me identify which offices I wish to be considered for, if any.

Thank you, that is comforting! I had to disclose my interests in the interview. I take it you interviewed via phone instead of OCI. Best of luck! Hopefully we both become a DOL Honors Atty.

All, try to enjoy the holiday. I know it's hard with all this up in the air.

I have heard DOL is super slow compared to everyone else. (Like offers well after Christmas break slow)
