I know it will depend on the group, but any insight into the "soft" requirement/expectation would be helpful. TIA.

I summered there and talked to associates about this and I still honestly have no idea. That should give you a sense of the culture.
Undoubtedly they still work you to the nine and expect some rough number, but no one spends any time thinking about it.
