Looking to aggregate some data for negotiations. Base and bonus. Yes, yes, yes, I know, "it depends and it varies widely." Think mid-level at any number of the shops with former federal prosecutors/biglaw partners, mostly t14, and clerkships. Assuming not market paying and not the level of Molo, McKool, Zuckerman, Kellog, etc. I hate going in blind, so anything (besides snark) is helpful. TIA

Most likely market, give or take 5-15k from the base salary, and with more volatility in bonuses (much bigger in good years, and smaller in bad years).

a similar ish sounding patent lit firm I interviewed at in delaware started at 140k or 145k iirc
