Clerkship is helpful altho you wanna work in transactional?

I have no intent of doing lit but most of available jobs are clerkship. I graduated in December and have no jobs. Should I take the clerkship although I don't want to do litigation?

2L here; I've asked two corporate partners this same question and both agreed it's highly valued even for corporate (assuming it's an AIII clerkship).

Do you have an interview? An offer? What kinds of clerkships are widely available for an immediate start in March?

This doesn't sound like an Art. III clerkship. And OP, you don't need jobs, just a job.
