I have never worked with WWE, but have worked with people from KVN. They seem very smart and articulate, but sometimes a bit overworked since they've slipped on some (internal) deadlines a few times. But that's probably more on the individual than it is reflective of the firm as a whole.
All else being equal, I would go with the one that is in the location that you want to be in that is more likely to give you the type of experience you want. If you think you can get more trial work at WWE, go there. (IP cases rarely go to trial, unfortunately.)
