Hey Guys,
I am going to a firm that has a large 40 act practice. I split time between the 40 Act practice and M&A practice over the summer, but don't feel like I really got a grasp on them/what life will be like as an actual associate in one of those practices.
Can anyone provide some insight on what you will be doing in such a practice on the day to day as a junior/mid level associate? Also, it would be great if someone could comment on the exit options avalaible from such a practice. Are they generally good or not so good compared to M&A.
General thoughts on an M&A vs. asset management practice would also be appreciated.
Thanks a million!
