Making a later move and have to provide conflicts info. Worked on a confidential arbitration that stemmed from some high profile events.
I don't see much in the ethics rules about disclosing clients in confidential arbitrations (though I do see some about disclosing clients generally in conflicts checks).
Has anyone been through this?

I'd ask the firm you are lateraling to and explain the situation. I'm sure they have a procedure for this.
