Hi,
I've worked 3-4 years in a biglaw transactional practice. I was just wondering if it would be possible for me to lateral to hawaii? I heard that the job market is really insular. I spent some time there during law school summers. I don't have any ties but would taking and passing the bar exam help to show that I am serious about moving there and not just some random person wanting to go there and surf?
