Curious too. I think getting hk visas shouldn't be particularly hard as long as all required stuff is submitted in time since there is no quota limit. I don't know much about COLA, do big laws usually give you that even if you start off in HK instead of lateral from NY?Did they tell you how much cola they provide?
Also, does anyone know whether HK offices usually guarantee a return offer?
