What's the best way to find out if a firm has an anti nepotism policy? Ask recruiter? Got a callback for a firm where an uncle works in a different office, will this likely be an issue? Couldn't find anything about a nepotism policy on their website

I'd ask your uncle. My Dad's firm has an anti-nepotism policy and he was well aware of it when I asked him whether they'd hire me.
