Pre OCI lunch with Partners or Associates
If I'm setting up lunches with firms before OCI, should I target young associates who are recent grads from my school or partners?

If you get to pick. Pick partners who are grads of your law school or UG.

Partners preferably. The idea is that if they like you they can get you past the screener stage and straight to a callback.
