Looking for some information on White and Williams. I have read/heard that the firm pays differently based on department and location.
Can anyone provide any information (anecdotal or otherwise) about what type of starting salary range a prospective litigation associate would be looking at? I imagine the NYC office would pay more but perhaps the philly COL makes up for the lower salary. Does the philly office compare with the other "big" philly regional firms?

Re: White and Williams
My understanding is that they pay different salaries based on the practice group and those salaries are not uniform. The people I know who have worked there say you dont mare as much as you would think. I have also heard stories of "associates" actually being staff attorneys who make ~40k. This is all second and third hand info from someone in Philly so take it for what its worth.
