Fortune 500 Salary Negotiation and Should I want this Job?

I'm a third year big law associate in a smaller market. My salary next year as a fourth year will be 150k base plus a bonus of about $22k assuming I hit the hours goal I set for myself (2100).

I had an interview for a Fortune 500 legal counsel job where they said they could match my big law salary basically- 150k plus 15% bonus that could increase (or decrease) depending on company health and individual performance. If they offer me a job, I'd like to negotiate a higher salary. How much should I push for? I think a base of 160 might get me thinking about moving while 170+ would make it really hard not to.

Also: do I want this job? I don't really like big law but I love the people I work with. My S/O is a bit tired of the hours I work and the interviewer I spoke with indicated they'd be better at this company. It would just be hard to leave a few partners who are clearly invested in me and want to see me learn and grow.

This is a transactional position with no direct reports reporting up to a single AGC and I'd be in charge of a certain type of corporate transactional work for the company. It sounds pretty decent, but I'll know more after the next round of interviews (this first one was just an hr screen).

What would you all think?
