CB about a week and a half ago and nothing yet from the firm. I didn't send TY notes at the time; is it too late to send them now as kind of a followup?

Just to give you an opinion:
Thank you notes are generally neutral rather than positive even when sent promptly. Sending them a week and a half later could be viewed negatively (it would kind of look like you're just sending them because it's been a while and you don't have an offer). It's totally normal to just follow up with a recruiting person though (and you could thank them and whatnot when you call them).

Yes, I got an offer after a CB after the 26th. Reluctant to be more specific.

Also interested. Had a CB last week and really liked the firm; still waiting to hear back. When were your CBs?

Callback last week. If you've waited 2 weeks, I'd follow up.

Hope it's good news for you. In DC? Did the email say something like "congrats on receiving an offer we hope you'll join us etc. etc."?

Unless they changed policy this year, it's a post-offer dinner so you should be good

Sounds promising -- congrats! Do you mind sharing your CB date and when you got the dinner invite (I'm assuming it was through email)?
