Interesting question. I went to law school because I worked with some very personable litigation partners that made me feel like I could do it. After being in law school, my more unpleasant networking interactions have been with biglaw litigation types. I vibed pretty well with the corporate folks.
In general, I think a lot of people in the law may not be necessarily that good at being people. At school, it seems like some of the worst are the Moot Court/Mock Trial strivers. They seem to be going so hard for being impressive that they forgot they are human. Obvi, those people will probably end up in lit.
Do you also find lit partners obnoxious? Forum

All the litigation partners I've worked with have seemed like pretty solid people. Not sure if that says something about me personally or if I'm just very lucky.
