So almost 4-5 yrs ago, I had one exchange semester in a college in the states where there's immunization requirements. Since their policy states that you cannot register for a second semester if not submitting the immunization proof, I did not submit the proof(my program lasts only one semester so it doesn't matter to me that I cannot register for courses in the subsequent semester). And thus, there's a "immunization hold" till now on my account in the exchange school.
Here's the issue -- will this become an issue in C&F? This is not a disciplinary action but it does show on my account as I didn't comply with the school's requirement. In those questions like "have you been charged of violating blabla institutional policy" should I actually answer yes?
Any thoughts appreciated

That doesn't sound like you were "charged" with anything.

Let's say "accused or charged". English is not my mother tongue so I am always struggling with those specific wordings and nuances.encore1101 wrote:That doesn't sound like you were "charged" with anything.

Why didn't you just get immunized at your school health services for free when you were there? This isn't a charge and you don't have to disclose but it's silly.

Either way, I don't think you have to disclose this. I've had various holds placed on my undergrad account (admin/financial holds), and I didn't disclose any of them.
