1L internship process?

Post by adil91 » Tue Dec 29, 2015 2:42 am

I'm a 1L student who's applied to a few summer internships now and I have a question about the process. Do you contact them to set-up an interview, or do they contact you? I've seen some model cover letters that say that the applicant will contact the employer to set up an interview? Is that how it happens or should I just wait to get an email/phone call from the organizations/law firms?

They will contact you.

If you have any doubts and applied via your school, just talk to your contact person/liaison
