I'm the person who just got the call for the LA office. I applied and did an initial interview in early August.

Was your initial interview a phone screener?

No. It was in person. This second interview will be a phone interview

Had a CB for Seyfarth's NY office a week ago and was recently dinged. No screener, skipped straight to CB, although it took an eternity for their recruiting coordinator to actually schedule the interviews.

Neither. Recruiting coordinator called me up and said I was dinged. Kind of bizarre.

What's the general timeline from applying to hearing abou an interview of any kind? It's been a month since I applied. Emailed recruiting to express my continued interest. Secondary market if that helps.

I also applied to a secondary market. I heard back within a week for a phone interview. 3 days later invited for call back. Still waiting on final decision. Hope that helps.
