Question Regarding the Recruiting Process
Was given a CB at a V50 by the senior partner in the practice group I want to be in (the partner is also a superstar in the group). Is that partners screener evaluation taken into consideration after my CB when the hiring committee meets? Or is that screener evaluation used only for selecting CB candidates?
