Just got placed in this practice area. Anyone have any suggested reading.
I know, generally ERISA, and tax. Is there any fundemental primers or cases?

You're probably going to get a 409A handbook when you start but you should try reading up on that and deferred comp generally. Some basic primers on 280G might be helpful too.
